摘要
笔者结合多年超期服役压力容器的现场检验经验,就超期服役压力容器如何检验展开研究,尽可能在保障安全的前提下,增加设备使用年限.为企业减少设备更新费用。本文主要从相关的法律法规、现场检验经验入手,从检验方案编制、资料审查、宏观检查、壁厚测定、无损检测、耐压试验以及其他检验手段展开论述和研究,为解决超期服役压力容器的定期检验难题提供方法和思路。
Based on many years of on-site inspection experience of pressure vessels in overdue service,the author studies how to inspect pressure vessels in overdue service,so as to increase the service life of equipment and reduce equipment renewal costs for enterprises on the premise of ensuring safety as far as possible.This paper mainly from the relevant laws and regulations,field inspection experience,from the inspection program preparation,data review,macro inspection,wall thickness measurement,nondestructivc testing,pressure test and other inspection means to discuss and study,to provide methods and ideas for solving the problem of the overdue service pressure vessel periodic inspection.
