基于ACFM的平面旋转磁场研究进展

摘要 本文介绍了平面旋转磁场的研究进展。通过调研平面旋转磁场的传感器形式、工作原理和检测算法,说明了旋转磁场应用到不定方向裂纹检测是可行的,但现有的平面旋转磁场传感器结构和检测方法仍有一部分缺陷。因此需要对平面旋转磁场检测技术改进和优化,更好的解决传统检测过程中不定向裂纹检测灵敏度低等问题,提高检测效率,减少事故发生。 The research progress of plane rotating magnetic field has been introduced in this paper.Through the research of plane rotating magnetic field sensor form,working principle and detection algorithm,the direction of a rotating magnetic field is applied to uncertain crack detection is feasible,but the existing plane rotary magnetic field sensor structure and testing method still have some defects.So we need improvement and optimization of planar rotating magnetic field detection technology,better solution in the process of the traditional detection not directional crack detection sensitivity low,improve the detection efficiency and reduce the accident.
