摘要
低合金钢薄板筒形零件由于材料的下料和预弯误差的影响,导致焊接间隙过大,致使焊接时出现烧穿和背部渗漏及焊缝热影响区氧化等焊接缺陷,最终产品质量得不到保证,合格率较低,焊接工艺未做改进前所焊筒体合格率只有20%。文章通过增加缝焊机气垫装置,优化焊接工艺,使所焊零件合格率达100%。
Due to the influence of material blanking and pre-bending error,the gap of low alloy steel sheet cylindrical parts is so large to cause some defects such as burning though,back leakage and oxidation,which leads to the unguaranteed quality of the products and the low qualified rate.In this paper,the qualified rate of the parts reaches 100%by adding air cushion device of seam welder and optimizing the welding process.
