摘要
利用调查统计数据系统分析当前中国紫甘薯产业发展现状。当前中国紫甘薯种植面积约为18.5万hm2,四川、云南、江西的种植面积约占40%,热门品种紫罗兰种植面积占全国的近50%。紫甘薯种植总成本和净利润分别为25101.75元/hm2和9731.85元/hm2,均高于普通甘薯;紫甘薯种植新型经营主体以中小规模为主;山东、河北紫甘薯种植产业化水平领跑全国。2019年紫甘薯市场批发价格下滑严重,国产区域性小品种价格相对较低。紫甘薯加工业仅占甘薯加工业的3.557%,紫薯全粉等传统品种占紫甘薯加工业的50%以上。基于以上结论,提出结合市场需求,优化产业布局;加强紫甘薯品种试验与推广;加强紫甘薯主产区新型经营主体培育;优化加工产业结构,促进加工企业转型升级等对策建议。
The current situation of purple sweet potato industry in China was analyzed by using survey statistical data. The planting area of purple sweet potato in China is about 185 thousand hectares at present. The planting areas in Sichuan, Yunnan and Jiangxi account for nearly 40%. The planting area of popular variety violet accounts for nearly 50% of the country. The total costs and net profit of planting purple sweet potatoes are25 101.75 yuan per hectare and 9 731.85 yuan per hectare respectively, which are both higher than that of ordinary sweet potatoes. The new business entities of purple sweet potato planting are main small and medium-sized, and the industrialization level of purple sweet potato cultivation in Shandong and Hebei leads the country. In 2019, the wholesale price of purple sweet potato declined sharply, and the prices of domestic small varieties were relatively low. The purple sweet potato processing industry only accounts for 3.557% of the sweet potato processing industry, and traditional products such as purple sweet potato whole powder account for more than 50% of the purple sweet potato processing industry. Based on the above conclusions, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward, such as optimizing the industrial layout based on market demand;strengthening the testing and promotion of purple sweet potato varieties;strengthening the cultivation of new business entities in the main purple sweet potato production areas;optimizing the processing industry structure and promoting the transformation and upgrading of processing enterprises.
