摘要
云南民族民间工艺品是云南各民族集体智慧的结晶,是传统民族文化的折射和突出表现形式。在新的历史时代,云南的定位和发展需要各个层面实现对外的深度交流,云南民族民间工艺品走向国际市场尤其是东南亚市场迎来了良好的机遇期。在走向东南亚的内外环境营构中,需要诸多层面的共同努力,国家层面需要强化法律保护,赋予云南对外发展更多政策倾斜;云南省层面要强化内部产业转型升级,加快面向南亚东南亚辐射中心建设;企业和生产者层面要明确发展目标,整合优势资源,提升品牌附加值。
Ethnic and folk handicrafts in Yunnan represents the collective wisdom of the ethnic groups in Yunnan,as well as the reflection and obvious representation of traditional ethnic culture.In the new historical time,in-depth exchange with the outside at various levels is needed for the position and development of Yunnan so that Yunnan ethnic and folk handicraft has opportunities when they go to the international market,in particular in Southeast Asia.In the construction of the inner and external environment during the exporting in Southeast Asia,endeavors at various levels are necessary,including the reinforcement of legal protection at the national level,preferential policies to the foreign development of Yunnan,industrial transformation and upgrading at the provincial level,acceleration of the construction of radiative center facing South Asia and Southeast Asia.Furthermore,companies and producers should specify their development aims,integrate advantageous resources and promote brand added-values.
