摘要
目的了解新疆少数民族大学生手机依赖与心理健康之间的关系,为新疆高校少数民族心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法 2019年3—5月,采用分层整群抽样的方法选取新疆师范大学和新疆医科大学的1 064名少数民族大学生利用手机依赖量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果具有手机依赖倾向的学生有194人,占少数民族大学生总人数的18.23%;女生手机依赖总分、失控性、截断性和逃避性得分高于男生,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。文科学生手机依赖总分、失控性、截断性和逃避性得分高于理科学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同手机依赖程度学生SCL-90各因子得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论新疆少数民族大学生手机依赖与心理健康存在密切联系,应降低大学生手机依赖行为以提高心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the relationship between mobile phone dependence and mental health of Xinjiang minority college students,provide reference for the psychological health education of minority colleges in Xinjiang. Methods From March to May 2019,a total of 1 064 minority college students from Xinjiang Normal University and Xinjiang Medical University were selected by the stratified cluster sampling method,and were investigated by the Mobile Phone Dependence Scale and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90). And the data were analyzed. Results Totally 194 students had a tendency of mobile phone dependence,accounting for 18.23% of the total minority college students. The total score of mobile phone dependence and scores of runaway,cutoff and escaping in female students were higher than those in male students,and the differences were statistically significant(all P <0.01). The total score of mobile phone dependence and scores of out of control,truncation and escaping in liberal arts students were higher than those in science students, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in scores of SCL-90 factors among students with different degree of mobile phone dependence(all P<0.01). Conclusion There is a close relationship between mobile phone dependence and mental health of minority college students in Xinjiang. It is necessary to reduce the mobile phone dependence behavior of college students to improve their mental health.
