摘要
在满足各项法规和规范要求的前提下,针对船厂批量建造的39000载重吨甲板运木型散货船和非运木型散货船的不同要求,分析39000载重吨甲板非运木型船与同级别甲板运木型船的设计差异。结果表明:二者相比,除了因运木功能不同而减少两舷甲板面直观可见的木材固定与可倒立柱和绑扎系统等直接成本以外,在底部和舷侧的压载舱布置上也有较大的不同,而基于这些不同,使得二者的压载舱数量和配套舾装材料有所不同(从运木型船的18套减少到非运木型船的12套);非运木型船的设计更简单,材料更节省,建造效率更高,维护更方便,整船的建造成本也相应下降。该研究可为同级别船型满足不同功能要求的差异化设计提供新的思路。
In compliance with the rules and regulations,this paper analyzes the design difference between 39000 DWT bulk carriers without timber loaded on deck and with timber loaded on deck according to the shipyard requirements for batch production.The comparison shows that not only the lashing system can be removed from the deck without timber loaded on deck,but the bottom and side ballast tank arrangements are also quite different,which leads to different quantities of ballast tanks and different outfitting materials(from 18 for the timber on deck to 12 for the non timber on deck).The design of the non timber on deck is much easier and it has the features of more material savings,higher construction efficiency and more convenient maintenance,so the overall construction cost could be reduced correspondingly.This study provides references for the differentiated design of similar ship types to meet different function requirements.
