摘要
目的评价全面护理管理干预措施在感染性疾病门诊中的效果。方法选择2017年3月-2019年7月高唐县人民医院门诊收治的70例感染性疾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组选用全面护理管理干预措施,对照组选用常规护理管理干预措施,比较两组门诊交叉感染发生率以及门诊物品表层、门诊空气、门诊医护工作人员手部检测合格情况。结果观察组门诊交叉感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组门诊物品表层、门诊空气、门诊医护工作人员手部检测合格情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在感染性疾病门诊中开展全面护理管理干预措施的效果良好,能降低门诊交叉感染发生率,改善门诊检测合格情况,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate effect of comprehensive nursing management intervention in infectious diseases clinic.Methods From March 2017 to July 2019,70 patients with infectious diseases admitted to the outpatient department of Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group according to random double blind method.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing management intervention,while the control group was given routine nursing management intervention.The incidence of cross infection of clinic and the qualified condition of the surface of clinic articles,air and hands of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of cross infection of clinic in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the qualified situation of the surface of the articles,the air and the hands of the medical staff in the clinic of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing management intervention measures in infectious diseases clinic could obtain better effect,which could reduce the probability of cross infection,improve the qualified situation of outpatient examination,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
