摘要
近些年,我国不断落实新农村建设,在农民培训阶段,需要从职业教育的角度出发,优化新型职业农民培训模式及培训方案,合理配置教育资源,提高农民的综合素质。该文论述了职业教育事业下新型职业农民培训模式,并提出针对性培训对策,以促进新农村建设工作。
In recent years,our country has continuously implemented new countryside construction.In the training of farmers,it is necessary to optimize the training model and training program of new-type professional farmers,rationally allocate educational resources,and improve the comprehensive quality of farmers,from the perspective of vocational education.This paper discusses the training model of new-type professional farmers from the perspective of vocational education,and proposes targeted train ing countermeasures,in order to promote new countryside construction.
