摘要
目的:研究根尖周炎患者接受一次性根管治疗术治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2018年4月~2019年4月本院共72例根尖周炎患者为对象进行研究,随机抽签法将患者分为观察组与对照组,均有36例,对照组接受多次性根管治疗术治疗,观察组接受一次性根管治疗术治疗,比较两组充填效果(超充率、欠充率、适充率)、治疗成功率。结果:观察组超充率、欠充率、适充率分别为16.67%、5.56%、77.78%,均与对照组11.11%、8.33%、80.56%差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组成功率为86.11%,对照组成功率为83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗术治疗根尖周炎能够获得和多次根管治疗术接近的适充率与成功率,但能够缩短治疗时间。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy in patients with apical periodontitis.Methods:A total of 72 patients with periapical periodontitis in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random lottery,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received multiple root canal treatments,and the observation group received a one-time root canal treatment.The filling effects(overfilling rate,underfilling rate,proper filling rate)and treatment success rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The overcharge rate,undercharge rate,and adequate charge rate of the observation group were 16.67%,5.56%,and 77.78%,respectively,which were not statistically different from those of the control group at 11.11%,8.33%,and 80.56%(P>0.05);the power of observation composition was 86.11%,and the success rate of the control group was 83.33%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy for periapical periodontitis can achieve a suitable filling rate and success rate similar to multiple root canal therapy,but it can shorten the treatment time and is more popular.
