摘要 本文主要研究液压油缸用O形圈在室温、70℃老化、室温油老化、高温油老化状态下的拉伸性能、硬度、压缩永久变形及尺寸变化。室温条件下,油介质浸泡使强度、硬度增加,尺寸增大。温度越高,O形圈的硬度越高,尺寸变形量越大。机械设备运转过程中,要及时监控设备使用温度。 This paper mainly studies the tensile properties,hardness,compression set and size change of O-ring used in hydraulic cylinder at room temperature,70℃aging,room temperature oil aging and high temperature oil aging.At room temperature,the strength,hardness and size increase with oil immersion.The higher the temperature is,the higher the hardness of the O-ring and the larger the size deformation is.During the operation of mechanical equipment,the temperature of equipment should be monitored in time.
