摘要
为实现费托合成中产生的石蜡进入加氢精制环节,需投加蜡过滤装置对石蜡进行除铁措施。在采用活性白土吸附法对费托蜡进行深度脱色处理以达到合格指标的同时,产生大量废白土渣。文中阐述了废白土渣处理状况及有效回收利用法,为废白土渣的无公害化处理、综合利用提供了理论方法。
In order to realize the paraffin wax produced in the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process to enter the hydrorefining process,a paraffin wax filtering device was required to remove iron from paraffin wax.A large amount of waste clay residue was produced while the activated clay adsorption method was used to deeply decolorize the Fischer-Tropsch wax to achieve its qualified index.This paper expounded the treatment of waste clay residue and effective recycling method,provided theoretical guidance for the pollution-free treatment and comprehensive utilization of waste clay residue.
