摘要
文中通过重油催化装置烟气轮机的1次因轴振动高造成联锁停机的故障,阐述如何用RCA原因分析方法,对技术和人为原因作出分析,找出设备故障的根本原因,并制定好整改措施,为消除潜在的隐患和避免可能的重发提供决策性措施和意见。
This paper described the interlock shutdown failure due to high shaft vibration of flue gas turbine of heavy oil catalytic unit,expounded how to use the RCA method to make analysis on technology and human factors,find out the root cause of equipment failure,and make corrective actions to provide decision-making measures and Suggestions for elimination of the potential risks and possible recur.
