摘要
介绍了以微化工微反应器为主体反应装置,生产石油磺酸盐的研究情况。使用石油馏分油作为磺化原料,气相SO3为磺化剂,通过考察不同磺化剂浓度、磺化剂投加比、油品反应空速等工艺条件,确定了反应的最佳工艺条件,最终通过磺化不同油品,验证了使用微反应器磺化石油馏分的可能性。
The production of petroleum sulfonate in micro-chemical reactor is introduced.Using petroleum distillate as the sulfonating material and gas-phase SO3 as the sulfonating agent,the optimum technological conditions of the reaction were determined by investigating different concentration of sulfonating agent,adding ratio of sulfonating agent and reaction air velocity of oil product.Finally,the possibility of using micro-reactor to sulfonate petroleum distillate was verified by sulfonating different oil.
