PDCA循环模式在神经外科急危重患者多重耐药菌感染管理中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析神经外科急危重患者多重耐药菌感染管理中应用PDCA循环模式的临床价值。方法将2017年8月至2018年8月采用PDCA循环模式管理前进行多重耐药菌感染控制管理的50例患者设为对照组,2018年9月至2019年8月采用PDCA循环模式管理后的50例患者设为研究组。比较两组多重耐药菌感染发生情况以及医务人员手卫生依从率、防控知识与措施知晓合格情况。结果研究组多重耐药菌感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。PDCA循环模式实施后医务人员手卫生依从率、防控知识与措施知晓合格率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科急危重应用PDCA循环模式多重耐药菌感染,有利于降低其感染发生率,提高多重耐药菌管理质量。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of the PDCA cycle model in the management of multi-drug-resistant bacterial infections in patients of neurosurgery was set as the study subjects.Methods We selected 50 cases of patients who underwent multi-drug resistant infection control management before adopting PDCA cycle mode management from August 2017 to August 2018 as a control group,and another 50 cases of patients after being adopted PDCA cycle mode management from September 2018 to August 2019 were set as a study group.The incidence of multi-drug-resistant bacteria infections,compliance rate of medical staff's hand hygiene,prevention and control knowledge and qualification of measures were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of multi-drug-resistant bacteria infections in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the implementation of the PDCA cycle model,the compliance rate of medical staff's hand hygiene,prevention and control knowledge and measure awareness qualified rate were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle model of multi-drug resistant bacteria in neurosurgery emergency and critical patients was beneficial to reduce the incidence rate of infection and improve the management quality of multi-drug resistant bacteria.
