摘要
目的探讨针对性护理在改良Valsalva动作终止阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月经我院心内科门诊及急诊室收治的PSVT患者98例为研究对象,经密封信封抽签法随机分为对照组48例和治疗组50例,对照组采用改良Valsalva动作和常规急救护理,治疗组采用改良Valsalva动作和针对性护理。比较两组患者转复成功率、不良反应发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分。结果治疗组转复成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组SAS,SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良Valsalva动作可有效提高PSVT转复成功率,安全性较高,通过针对性护理干预,可缓解不良情绪,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia(PSVT)terminated by modified Valsalva maneuver.Methods To select 98 cases of PSVT patients who were admitted to the cardiology department and emergency room of our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 was set as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group of 48 cases and a treatment group of 50 cases by a sealed envelope drawing method.The control group was given modified Valsalva maneuvers and routine emergency care,and the treatment group adopted modified Valsalva maneuvers and targeted nursing to compare the successful rate of conversion,incidence of adverse reaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups.Results The successful rate of conversion in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified Valsalva maneuver can effectively increase the success rate of PSVT rehabilitation,with high security.Through targeted nursing intervention,it can relieve bad emotions.It was worthy of clinical promotion.
