摘要
目的调查叙事护理在消化性溃疡出血患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年7月某三甲医院80例消化性溃疡出血住院患者为研究对象。随机等分为干预组和对照组,两组均进行常规护理,干预组加用叙事护理,干预前后采用SCL-90量表对两组患者心理健康状态进行评分;同时调查两组患者的护理工作满意度。结果出院时干预组SCL-90总分及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、其他项因子评分均低于对照组,差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理能有效缓解消化性溃疡出血患者躯体症状,提升心身健康水平,提高满意度,值得在临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of narrative nursing in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods To select 80 in-patients with peptic ulcer bleeding in a tertiary hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 was set as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group.Both groups received routine nursing,and a narrative nursing was added in the intervention group.Before and after the intervention,the SCL-90 scale was used to score the mental health status of the two groups of patients,and investigate the satisfaction of nursing work of the two groups of patients at the same time.Results The total score of SCL-90 and the scores of somatization,depression,anxiety,and other factors in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at discharge,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing can effectively alleviate the physical symptoms of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding,improve the level of physical and mental health,and improve satisfaction,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
