摘要
地铁车辆段运用库占用大量城市用地,上盖物业开发成了一种提高土地利用率的有效手段。地铁日常检修对运用库的功能需求与上盖物业的功能需求通常存在矛盾。为了满足各自功能需要,设置一个承上启下的转换层,即如何通过厚板转换结构形式,解决上盖物业墙柱无法落地问题。基于此,计算分析了小震弹性、小震时程、中震弹性、大震弹塑性、拟楼面谱等,并针对不同构件进行包络设计,以满足厚板转换结构设定的抗震性能目标。厚板设计考虑大体积混凝土浇筑的温度应力和模板支撑承载力。
The utilization depot of Metro Depot occupies a lot of urban land,and the development of overlying property has become an effective means to improve the land utilization rate. There is usually a contradiction between the functional requirements of subway daily maintenance and the functional requirements of overlying properties. In order to meet the needs of their respective functions,a transfer layer connecting the public big bottom space and the upper residence-used small open is set up,that is,how to transfer the structural form of thick plate to solve the problem that the wall column of the upper property cannot fall to the ground. Based on this,the small earthquake elasticity,small earthquake time history,medium earthquake elasticity,large earthquake elastoplasticity,pseudo floor spectrum are calculated and analyzed,and envelope design is carried out for different components to meet the seismic performance target set by thick plate transfer structure. The temperature stress in mass concrete construction and ultimate capacity of high formwork should be Considered in the design of high formwork.
