摘要
为探究淮河生态经济带水资源利用效率的变化趋势及其影响因素,运用Super-SBM模型测算2008年~2017年淮河生态经济带水资源利用效率,通过全局Moran指数对其进行空间自相关分析,并构建SDM模型探究多种影响因素对水资源利用效率的空间效应。结果表明,研究期内淮河生态经济带水资源利用效率有轻微下降趋势,地区间差异明显;水资源禀赋、技术创新、经济发展和环保投入对水资源利用效率存在正向显著空间溢出效应,产业结构对其则存在负向显著空间溢出效应。
In order to explore the changing trend and influencing factors of water resource utilization efficiency in Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt,the Super-SBM model is used to calculate the water resource utilization efficiency in Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt from 2008 to 2017,and the spatial autocorrelation analysis is conducted through the global Moran index.The spatial durbin model is also constructed to explore the spatial effects of various factors on water resource utilization efficiency.The results show that the utilization efficiency of water resources in Huaihe River Eco-economic Belt decreases slightly during the study period,and the difference between regions is obvious.The water resource endowment,technological innovation,economic development and environmental protection input have positive significant spatial spillover effect on water resource utilization efficiency,while the industrial structure has negative significant spatial spillover effect.
