摘要
为了研究EDTA法检测路基石灰改良土中各因素影响情况,通过室内试验方法,对比分析了EDTA法进行石灰改良土石灰剂量检测过程中,延迟时间、压实度、含水率及养生温度对测试结果影响。结果表明:随着延迟时间增加,石灰改良土EDTA消耗量呈现持续减小趋势,其中前期(前1 d)加速减缓,后期降幅减缓且呈现线性趋势。相较松散状态,密实状态下石灰改良土EDTA消耗量较小,且不同压实度石灰改良土EDTA消耗量差异较小。石灰改良土含水率越大,EDTA消耗量越小。随着养生温度提高,EDTA消耗量减小。上述试验结果对路基石灰改良土中石灰剂量检测具有较好的指导意义。
In order to study the influence of various factors in the lime-improved soil of roadbed detected by EDTA method,the laboratory test method was used to compare and analyze the effects of delay time,compaction,moisture content and health temperature on the lime dosage of lime-improved soil.Impact of test results.The results show that with the increase of the delay time,the consumption of EDTA in the lime-improved soil shows a continuous decreasing trend,in which the early(first 1d)acceleration slows down,and the late decline slows down and shows a linear trend.Compared with the loose state,the EDTA consumption of lime-modified soil is smaller under the compact state,and the difference of EDTA consumption of lime-modified soil with different compaction degrees is smaller.The greater the moisture content of the lime-modified soil,the smaller the EDTA consumption.As the health temperature increases,the consumption of EDTA decreases.The above test results have good guiding significance for the detection of the lime dose in the lime-improved soil of the roadbed.
