摘要 先叙述连续箱梁腹板常见裂缝、引起裂缝的成因与现状及计算模型存在的各种不足,由此提出实用的空间网格精细化分析方法。阐述了空间网格分析方法的原理、适用范围及优势,为连续箱梁腹板开裂等病害分析做铺垫。以一座连续梁为案例,描述了腹板裂缝分布、分析了裂缝产生的原因,借助于空间网格模型和ANSYS实体模型分析了超载车辆的影响,分析了治理超载后结构的应力状态,得出了超载是腹板开裂的敏感因素,进而为下一步的维修加固提供针对性的指导。 This article still describes the common cracks in the continuous box girder web,the causes of the cracks and the shortcomings of the current calculation model,thus a practical method for the fine analysis of space grid is proposed.The principle,application scope and advantages of space grid analysis method are briefly explained,laying the groundwork for the analysis of continuous box girder web cracking and other diseases.In this paper,a continuous beam is used as a case to describe the distribution of the cracks in the web and analyze the causes of the cracks.With the help of the space grid model and the ANSYS entity model,the influence of the overloaded vehicle is analyzed.The stress state of the structure after the overloading is analyzed,and the sensitive factor of the overloading is the web cracking,and then the next step is made.Maintenance and reinforcement provide specific guidance.
