摘要
国有林场改革启动以来,山西省委及地方各级党委、政府以保生态、保民生为目标,认真落实“三减三增三加强”改革措施,努力创新机制,狠抓政策落实,促进国有林场的健康持续发展,夯实全省生态安全根基,全面完成全省国有林场主体改革任务。但同时,在多年的森林资源管理中也存在着森林管理模式单一、分类指导不够、监管手段落后等问题。文章主要针对山西省国有林场森林资源管理的现状及目前存在的问题进行分析和阐述。
Since the launch of the reform of state-owned forest farms,the Shanxi provincial party committee and local party committees and governments at all levels have earnestly implemented the reform measures of"three minus,three plus and three strengthening"with the goal of protecting the ecological environment and the people's livelihood,and strived to innovate the mechanism and pay close attention to the implementation of the policy.It has promoted the sustainable development of state-owned forest farms,consolidated the foundation of ecological security in the province,and fully completed the reform of state-owned forest farms in the province.But at the same time,in the management of forest resources for many years,there are still some problems,such as single forest management mode,insufficient classification guidance,backward supervision means and so on.This paper mainly analyzes and expounds the present situation and problems of forest resources management in state-owned forest farms in Shanxi province.
