摘要
为了提高科研整体水平,国家通过多种途径对高等院校、科研单位等的仪器设备购置给予了大量的投入。该文结合如何有效解决实验室用房紧张、仪器设备使用频率低、共享不到位等问题,从实验室组建、实验仪器设备共享、仪器设备使用频率监督、实验室试剂及废弃物管理等8个方面进行了详细的剖析,并为农医类高等院校实验室建设与资源共享的改革提供合理建议。
In order to improve the overall level of scientific research, the state has invested a lot in the purchase of instruments and equipment in Institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions through various ways. In combination with how to effectively solve the problems such as the shortage of laboratory rooms, the low frequency of using instruments and equipment, the lack of sharing, etc., this paper makes a detailed analysis from 8 aspects such as the establishment of laboratory, sharing of laboratory instruments and equipment, supervision of the frequency of using laboratory instruments and equipment, management of laboratory reagents and wastes, etc., and provides a reasonable proposal for the reform of laboratory construction and resource sharing in agricultural and medical colleges and universities.
