摘要
目的评价肺炎患者采用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠与乳酸左氧氟沙星联合治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取我院2018年9月—2019年10月接收的60例社区获得性肺炎患者,分成对照组与观察组两组各组30例。对照组行哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗;观察组添加乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗,将两组最终临床效果评价对比。结果观察组患者最终获得的治疗效果较好,其治疗总有效率达到了96.7%,而相比之下,对照组获得的治疗效果并不理想,总有效率仅为80.0%;观察组患者咳嗽、发热、呼吸困难、肺部啰音等改善时间均快于对照组,同时观察组患者最终治疗后的肺功能各项指标得到显著改善,生活质量得到明显提高,两组之间指标数据差异值已达到统计学意义标准(P<0.05)。结论通过应用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠联合乳酸左氧氟沙星治疗能够有效提高肺炎临床治疗效果,尽早改善患者临床症状,提高患者肺功能及生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of combined treatment with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium and levofloxacin lactate in patients with pneumonia.Methods Sixty patients with community-acquired pneumonia received in our hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control and observation groups of 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin lactate,and the final clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in the observation group obtained a better treatment effect,with the total effective rate reaching 96.7%.In comparison,the treatment effect in the control group was not ideal,with the total effective rate only 80.0%.The improvement time of cough,fever,dyspnea,lung rhonchus,etc.in the observation group was faster than that in the control group.At the same time,after the final treatment,the lung function indexes of the observation group were significantly improved,and the quality of life was significantly improved.The difference values of the index data between the two groups reached the standard of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium combined with levofloxacin lactate can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of pneumonia,improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible,and improve the lung function and quality of life.
