MP患儿行快速血清学、微生物培养的价值

摘要 目的研究肺炎支原体(Mycoplasma pneumoniae,MP)感染患儿行快速血清学检验、微生物快速培养检验价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月我院收治的86例MP感染患儿,随机分为观察组(微生物快速培养)与对照组(快速血清学检验)各43例,两组检验结果比较。结果(1)观察组患儿MP感染阳性检出率较对照组高;(2)年龄1~2.5岁、病程≤7 d者行微生物快速培养的MP感染阳性检出率更高;(3)年龄≥4岁、病程>7 d者行快速血清学检验的MP感染阳性检出率更高,P<0.05;(4)年龄2.5~3岁者比较阳性检出率无差异,P>0.05。结论快速血清学检验、微生物快速培养的检验效果各具优势,根据MP感染者年龄、病程等选择检验方式,值得借鉴。 Objective To study the value of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture test for children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection.Methods Eighty-six children with MP infection admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group(rapid microbial culture)and control group (rapid serological test), 43 cases in each group. The results ofthe two groups were compared. Results (1)The positive detection rate of MPinfection in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;(2)The positive detection rate of MP infection was higher in those who were1-2.5 years old and had a disease course ≤ 7d;(3)The positive rate of MPinfection was higher in patients with age ≥ 4 years and course of disease> 7 days, P < 0.05;(4)There was no difference in positive detection ratebetween 2.5 and 3 years old, P > 0.05. Conclusion The rapid serologicaltest and rapid microbial culture test have their own advantages, and it isworth learning to choose the test method according to the age and courseof MP infection.
