光动力疗法与口服米诺环素治疗痤疮疗效与安全性的Meta分析 被引量:6

Efficacy and Safety of Photodynamic Therapy and Oral Minocycline in the Treatment of Acne:A Meta-analysis

摘要 目的系统评价光动力疗法与口服米诺环素治疗痤疮的疗效与安全性,为临床提供循证参考。方法计算机检索PubMed数据库、Cochrane图书馆、中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(Sino Med),收集所有光动力疗法与口服米诺环素治疗痤疮的随机对照试验(RCT),对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行资料提取,并采用Cochrane系统评价员手册5.1.0进行质量评价,采用RevMan 5.2统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共检索到11篇文献,1066例患者满足纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示:与单用米诺环素相比,光动力疗法联合口服米诺环素治疗痤疮有效率的合并检验分析结果为:Z=5.36,P<0.00001,合并后的RR=3.25,95%可信区间为:2.37~4.46;单纯光动力疗法与单纯口服米诺环素治疗痤疮有效率的合并检验分析结果为:Z=2.73,P=0.006,合并后的RR=1.33,95%可信区间为:1.08~1.64。结论光动力疗法联合口服米诺环素治疗痤疮的疗效优于单纯口服米诺环素治疗;单纯光动力疗法治疗痤疮的疗效优于单纯口服米诺环素治疗。但受纳入研究质量限制,该结论尚需要更多大样本、多中心、高质量的RCT进行验证。 Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy and oral minocycline in the treatment of acne,and to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment.Methods Retrieved from PubMed,Cochrane Library,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP database,WanFang Data and Sino Med,randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about photodynamic therapy and oral minocycline in the treatment of acne were collected.Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5.2 software after data extract and quality evaluation by Cochrane 5.1.0.Results A total of 11 literatures were retrieved and 1066 patients satisfied the inclusion standard.Compared with oral minocycline alone,the combined test analysis of the patients in the combined treatment group was Z=5.36,P<0.00001,RR=3.25(95%CI:2.37 to 4.46).And the combined test analysis of photodynamic therapy alone and oral minocycline alone in the treatment of acne were as follows:Z=2.73,P=0.006,RR=1.33(95%CI:1.08 to 1.64).Conclusion The efficacy of photodynamic therapy in combination with oral minocycline for treatment of acne is better than that of simple oral minocycline therapy;the effect of simple photodynamic therapy on acne treatment is better than that of simple oral minocycline therapy.However,due to limited quantity and quality of the included studies,this conclusion requires large sample size,multi-center,high-quality studies to verify.
