摘要
军工制造企业一直关注小批量、多品种的质量管理方式,随着批量的不断增加,自制为主的生产模式,很快转变为外协生产为主的生产模式,由于对外协生产的质量管理方法研究不足,外协生产质量问题堪忧。研究团队研究了军工企业外协质量管理的现状,并采用ECRS分析法进行质量管理流程优化,对本单位外协管理进行了分析,找出存在的不足,形成了基于装备生产流程的外协质量管理措施,提出了制定外协过程控制程序、完善了外协质量控制内容,从而达到提升整机装备外协生产质量的目的。
Military manufacturing enterprises have been concerned about the quality management mode of small batch and multi variety.With the continuous increase of batch,the production mode based on self-made has quickly changed to the production mode dominated by outsourcing.Due to the lack of research on quality management methods of external production,the quality problems of outsourcing production are worrying.The research team studied the current situation of outsourcing quality management in military enterprises,optimized the quality management process by using ECRS analysis method,analyzed the outsourcing management of our institute,found out the shortcomings,formed the outsourcing quality management measures based on the equipment production process,proposed the formulation of outsourcing process control procedures,improved the outsourcing quality control content,so as to improve the overall assembly Purpose of outsourcing production quality.
