“公共营养与社区指导”教学方法优化探索

摘要 “公共营养与社区指导”是高校食品专业的一门专业选修课。随着我国经济的快速发展,居民的膳食模式向“富裕型”转变,一方面为消除营养缺乏和改善居民健康提供了经济、物质基础;另一方面也导致了膳食结构、生活方式和疾病谱的变化,尤其是经济发达地区营养过剩性疾病高发。因此,“公共营养与社区指导”课程内容要不断优化更新,课堂教学方式要不断改革。针对现阶段“公共营养与社区指导”教学存在的一些问题提出改进方法,以期促进未来高校“公共营养与社区指导”课堂教学改革的良性发展。 Public Nutrition and Community Guidance is an elective course for food majors in colleges and universities.With the rapid development of China's economy,the dietary pattern of the residents has changed to“affluence”,which on the one hand provides the economic and material basis for eliminating the nutritional deficiency and improving the health of the residents.On the other hand,it also leads to the changes of the dietary structure,lifestyle and disease spectrum,especially the high incidence of the over-nutrition diseases in the economically developed areas.Therefore,the contents of Public Nutrition and Community Guidance courses should be constantly optimized and updated,and the classroom teaching methods should be constantly reformed.In order to promote the future development of Public Nutrition and Community Guidance classroom teaching reform in colleges and universities,some improvement methods were proposed in this paper.
