摘要
目的探讨听力障碍大学生残疾态度与抑郁的关系,为促进残疾大学生心理健康发展提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织残疾态度量表和抑郁自评量表,对吉林省某高校特殊教育学院325名听力障碍大学生在2019年4—10月进行为期6个月的两阶段纵向追踪研究。结果相关分析结果显示,2个时间点的残疾态度与抑郁均呈负相关(r值分别为-0.39,-0.24,P值均<0.01);交叉滞后回归分析结果显示,控制了2个变量在前测和后测的相关之后,第1次测试残疾态度对第2次测试抑郁具有负向预测作用(β=-0.30,P<0.01),第1次测试抑郁对第2次测试残疾态度的预测作用无统计学意义(β=-0.02,P=0.78);听力障碍大学生残疾态度、抑郁间相互作用关系的性别差异无统计学意义(Δχ^2=6.94,Δdf=8,P=0.54)。结论听力障碍大学生残疾态度与抑郁关系密切,残疾态度能负向预测抑郁,并且不存在性别差异。
Objective To explore the relationship between attitudes towards disability and depression in hearing impaired college students,and to provide a basis for the mental health development of disabled college students.Methods A six-month two stage longitudinal follow-up study was conducted among 325 hearing impaired college students in a college of special education in Jilin Province,by using the World Health Organization attitudes towards disabilitys Scales and the Self-rating Depression Scale.Results The results of correlation analysis showed that disability attitudes was negatively correlated with depression at both time points( r =-0.39,-0.24,P<0.01);The results of cross lag regression analysis showed that T1 attitudes towards disability had a negative predictive effect on T2 depression( β =-0.30,P< 0.01),while T1 depression had no significant predictive effect on T2 attitudes towards disability( β =-0.02,P = 0.78).There was no significant gender difference in the interaction between attitudes towards disability and depression in hearing impaired college students( Δχ2= 6.94,Δdf = 8,P = 0.54).Conclusion Attitudes towards disability of hearing impaired college students is closely related to depression,disability attitudes can negatively predict depression,and there is no significant gender difference.
