摘要 目的探讨饮食护理在糖尿病患者康复护理中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析112例糖尿病患者的临床资料,依据护理方式的不同,分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予饮食护理。比较两组患者血糖水平以及遵医行为情况。结果护理后,观察组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平分别为(6.91±2.02)%、(6.58±1.41)mmol/L、(8.63±1.08)mmol/L均低于对照组的(9.03±2.61)%、(8.39±1.92)mmol/L、(11.81±1.55)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=4.807、5.686、12.597,P<0.05)。观察组患者合理饮食、日常锻炼、按时服药、定时血糖监测占比分别为91.07%(51/56)、83.93%(47/56)、92.86%(52/56)、96.43%(54/56)均高于对照组的39.29%(22/56)、35.71%(20/56)、46.43%(26/56)、53.57%(30/56),差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.085、27.081、28.549、27.429,P<0.05)。结论饮食护理在糖尿病患者康复护理中的应用效果较好,可有效控制患者的血糖水平,利于患者预后改善。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of diet nursing in the rehabilitation nursing of diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 112 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received diet nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)of the observation group were(6.91±2.02)%,(6.58±1.41)mmol/L and(8.63±1.08)mmol/L,which were lower than(9.03±2.61)%,(8.39±1.92)mmol/L and(11.81±1.55)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.807,5.686,12.597,P<0.05).The proportion of reasonable diet,daily exercise,regular medication,regular blood glucose monitoring of the observation group were 91.07%(51/56),83.93%(47/56),92.86%(52/56)and 96.43%(54/56),which were higher than 39.29%(22/56),35.71%(20/56),46.43%(26/56)and 53.57%(30/56)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=33.085,27.081,28.549,27.429,P<0.05).Conclusion Diet nursing has a good application effect in the rehabilitation of diabetes mellitus patients,which can effectively control the patient’s blood glucose level and help improve the their prognosis.
