摘要 为探究隐藏失效类零部件的最佳检修间隔,充分发挥零部件的使用寿命,以铁路货车钩舌为例,基于单位检修成本最小化原则分类讨论了不同失效时间情况下的维修策略优化模型,并利用全局搜索算法求解出最优检测周期和最优强制报废周期。为了验证数学模型求解的正确性,利用蒙特卡洛方法对钩舌检修系统进行了仿真,仿真结果与数学模型求解结果一致。最后,对模型参数进行了敏感性分析,确定了各参数变化对模型结果的影响程度,以更好地指导后续的检修策略。 In order to explore the optimal maintenance interval of hidden failure components and utilize full service life of components,this paper takes the coupler knuckle as an example,and based on the principle of minimizing unit maintenance cost,the maintenance strategy optimization model under different failure time is discussed.The global search algorithm is employed to find the optimal detection period and the optimal forced scrapping period.In order to verify the correctness of the given model,the Monte Carlo simulation method was used to simulate the coupler knuckle maintenance system.The simulation results approximate the results of the mathematical model within the reasonable error range.Finally,the sensitivity analysis of the model parameters was carried out,and the influence of each parameter change on the model results was determined to better guide the subsequent maintenance strategy.
