摘要
针对雷达产品数字化设计与制造过程中存在的信息集成困难、规范性指导标准缺失等问题,开展了雷达产品数字化设计和工艺仿真系列标准研究与制定,构建了基于面向服务架构(SOA)的标准试验验证平台,搭建了20个标准验证场景。以某大型机场固定式气象雷达为对象,在验证平台上对标准主要条款的适用性、完整性和可操作性进行了场景验证与评估,并依据验证结果反向修订、完善了标准内容。目前,本项目研究成果已在雷达及类似功能装备的研制过程中得到了推广应用,并发挥了重要作用。
At present,in the process of digital design and manufacturing of radar products,there are many problems,such as the difficulty of information integration and the lack of normative guidance standards.In this paper,the research and development of radar product digital design and process simulation series standards are carried out,and a standard test and verification platform based on Service-Oriented Architecture(SOA)is constructed,and 20 standard verification scenarios are built.Taking a large-scale airport fixed weather radar as an object,the applicability,integrity and operability of the main terms of the standard are verified and evaluated on the verification platform,and the contents of the standard are revised and improved according to the verification results.The research results of this project have been widely used in the development of radar and similar functional equipment,and played an important role.
