摘要
针对高炉开口机运作时产生的振动信号含有各种噪声,存在干扰性和叠加性,难以识别开口机的运行状态等问题,提出一种基于改进变分模态分解(Variational Mode Decomposition,VMD)的高炉开口机振动信号降噪方法,该方法是在VMD基础上结合小波阈值降噪的自适应算法。从开口机的物理结构上定性的分析设备运作时产生的混叠振动信号,采用VMD方法把振动信号解析成一系列含有不同频率成分的单个本征模态函数分量(Variational intrinsic mode function,VIMF),利用相关性判定每个分量的含噪程度,利用小波阈值降噪对含噪部分进行处理,将处理后的分量和剩余的部分合并重组成新的振动信号,实现对振动信号降噪的目的。将其结果与经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)滤波的结果进行仿真和现场实验对比,结果表明,改进VMD降噪能够克服EMD滤波信号混叠和失真的缺陷,具有更好的自适应性,且信噪比高于EMD滤波,处理结果更加准确有效,可以满足现场分析的需求,是一种更适应于高炉开口机振动信号的去噪方法。
The vibration signal generated during the operation of the blast furnace opening machine contains various noises,there is interference and superposition,and it is difficult to identify the operating state of the opening machine and other problems,a modified variational mode decomposition(VMD)based Noise reduction method of blast furnace opening machine vibration signal,this method is an adaptive algorithm combined with wavelet threshold noise reduction based on VMD.The aliasing vibration signal generated by the qualitative analysis of the opening machine s physical structure during operation is analyzed using the VMD method to resolve the*vibration signal into a series of single Variational intrinsic mode function(VIMF)components with different frequency components.The correlation is used to determine the noise level of each component,the wavelet threshold noise reduction is used to process the noisy part,and the processed component and the remaining part are combined into a new vibration signal to achieve the purpose of noise reduction of the vibration signal.The results are compared with the results of empirical mode decomposition(EMD)filtering and field experiments.The results show that Improved VMD noise reduction can overcome the defects of EMD filtering signal aliasing and distortion,has better adaptability,and the signal-to-noise ratio is higher than EMD filtering,the processing results are more accurate and effective,which can meet the needs of on-site analysis.It is suitable for denoising method of vibration signal of blast furnace opening machine.
