摘要 “分子生物学”是生物技术和生物工程专业的核心课程,构建适合创新能力培养的教学内容体系,是目前急需解决的问题.为此,需要将教学与科研的有机融合,构建适合培养创新能力的教学体系,开展教学内容优化,鼓励学生参与科研活动,培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,改进教学方法和考核方式,加强课程资源建设等为主要内容的课程建设和教学改革,从而提高课程教学效果和建设水平,满足高素质创新型人才培养需求. Molecular biology is the professional core course of biological technology and biological engineering major.It is urgent to construct a teaching system for the course of molecular biology which conforms to the need of cultivation of innovation ability.We propose that setting correlated integration of teaching and research and constructing the teaching system of molecular biology based on the cultivation of innovation ability.We develop the course construction and educational reform on optimizing course teaching content,encouraging students to take part in scientific research,cultivating student’s innovative ideology and innovative ability,improving teaching methods and evaluation mode,strengthening construction of course resources.Its aim is to improve the teaching achievements and the whole level of the course construction,and meeting the cultivation demands of high quality innovative talents.
