动车组横向半主动悬挂模糊天棚控制研究 被引量:8

摘要 为了提升动车组对服役环境的适应能力、提升动车组的乘坐品质,提出一种结合模糊天棚阻尼控制方法,建立了基于模糊天棚控制的动车组横向半主动悬挂控制模型,采用模糊天棚控制策略通过分级调节二系横向减振器节流孔的开度,进而调节二系横向阻尼值,实现对车体横向振动的半主动控制,通过建立7自由度横向半车体动力学模型,分别以武广高铁客运专线、秦沈线轨道谱为输入激扰,对模糊天棚阻尼策略下的时速250 km的动车组横向振动进行了仿真计算,并与被动悬挂方式进行对比,结果表明:采用模糊天棚阻尼能够有效衰减对横向平稳性影响较大的1~15 Hz车体横向振动加速度水平,采用模糊天棚阻尼控制后车辆横向平稳性指标明显变好,可见模糊天棚阻尼控制方式能够有效提升车辆横向动力学性能,尤其是对于有跨线运营需求的车辆更有意义。 In order to improve the EMU's adaptability to the service environment,improve the ride quality of the EMU,A semi-active suspension control model of EMU based on fuzzy skyhook control is established.The model adopts fuzzy skyhook control strategy to adjust the opening of throttling hole of shock absorber of the second suspension by grading.Then,the lateral damping value is adjusted to realize semi-active control of the vibration of the vehicle body.Through the establishment of a 7-dof half-car body dynamics model and the input excitation,the simulation calculation of the lateral vibration of the EMU with a speed of 250 km/h under the fuzzy skyhook strategy is carried out.And compared to passive suspension,the results show that the use of fuzzy skyhook can effectively attenuate the lateral vibration acceleration level of 1~15Hz vehicle body which has a great influence on the ride comfort.After adopting fuzzy skyhook control,the lateral smoothness index of vehicles is obviously improved,so it can be seen that fuzzy skyhook control can effectively improve the lateral dynamic performance of vehicles.It’s especially meaningful for vehicles with cross-line operation requirements.
