摘要
本文采用正交实验方法,探讨均匀化制度对6005A合金微观组织和性能的影响。研究表明,均匀化工艺下,铸锭边部到心部晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,但不同的均匀化工艺对铸锭晶粒度无明显影响;6005A合金经不同均匀化工艺处理后,整体力学性能波动不大,且抗拉强度、屈服强度和延伸率变化均在8 h后趋于平缓。最优均匀化工艺为580℃×8 h,在此工艺下,组织晶界已完全回溶,析出了大量细小的第二相颗粒,合金的冲击韧性值达到了23.7 J/cm^2。
In this paper,the influence of homogenization process on the microstructure and properties of 6005A aluminium alloy is investigated by orthogonal experiment.The research shows that,the grain size increases from ingot edge to center gradually under the homogenization treatment.However,different hom-ogenization techniques have no obvious effect on the grain size of the ingot.Under the different homogeni-zation treatment,the comprehensive mechanical properties of 6005A alloy have changed little,and the var-iation of tensile strength,yield strength and elongation tends to be gently after 8 hours.The optimum hom-ogenization technique is 580℃for 8 h,the grain boundaries have dissolved completely,and a large num-ber of fine second phase particles have precipitated from matrix.The impact toughness of the alloy has a-chieved 23.7 J/cm^ 2.
