摘要
目的调查高中生对艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝和肺结核四类常见传染病的认知情况,为学生的健康教育工作提供依据。方法对钦州市第二中学2019年8月在校的高一新生、高二学生(高二升高三)共2836人进行匿名调查,自主设计问卷,调查学生对传染病传播途径、预防的认知情况,以及认知途径的构成情况。结果共收到有效问卷2746份,高中生AIDS、乙肝、丙肝和肺结核四种疾病传播途径的不知晓率分别为6.37%、63.55%、74.11%和51.60%;疾病预防知识的不知晓率分别为88.67%、20.83%、40.50%和77.35%;认知途径中,高一和高二年级学生对AIDS和丙肝的传播途径知晓率有差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同生源地的高中生对AIDS和丙肝的预防知识知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年级的传染病认知途径构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而不同生源地高中生的传染病认知途径构成比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高中生对于四类常见传染病的总体认知情况不理想,不同年级、生源地的学生的认知情况存在部分差异,网络、媒体是当今高中生传染病认知的主要渠道,应该加强学生的健康教育。
Objective To investigate the cognition of high school students on AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C and tuberculosis,so as to provide a basis for students'health education.Methods An anonymous survey was conducted on a total of 2836 students of grade one and grade two(grade two to grade three)in Qinzhou No.2 Middle School in August 2019.The questionnaire was designed independently to investigate students'cognition of the transmission routes,prevention and the composition of cognitive pathways.Results A total of 2746 valid questionnaires were received.The rate of being unaware of routes of transmission of AIDS,hepatitis B,hepatitis C and tuberculosis among senior high school students was 6.37%,63.55%,74.11%and 51.60%,respectively.The rate of being unaware of knowledge of disease prevention of the 4 kinds of abovementioned diseases was 88.67%,20.83%,40.50%and 77.35%,respectively.In the cognitive pathways,there was a significant difference in the awareness rate of the routes of transmission of AIDS and hepatitis C in senior high school students of grade one and grade two,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the awareness rate of AIDS and hepatitis C prevention knowledge among senior high school students from different places(P<0.05);the constituent ratio of infectious disease cognitive pathway among different grades was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of infectious disease cognitive pathways among senior high school students from different places(P>0.05).Conclusion The general cognition of high school students to four kinds of common infectious diseases is not ideal,and there are some differences in the cognition of students in different grades and places where they are from.Network and media are the main channels for senior high school students to recognize infectious diseases,and health education should be strengthened.
