新能源接入的电力系统容量协调规划方法研究

摘要 新能源在接入到电力系统时,会影响部分储能设备正常工作,导致电力系统内部发电容量过小,电力系统容量不足。为此,在考虑新能源接入的基础上,研究一种新的电力系统容量协调规划方法。分析电力系统的调峰容量需求,确定新能源接入点;减少新能源接入对电力系统储能设备的干扰,控制电力系统容量,完成对电力系统容量协调规划方法的研究。搭建实验环境,给定实验设备参数,设计对比实验。结果表明,与传统协调规划方法相比,文中研究的协调规划方法得到的可发电容量值为48MW,电能转化效果明显,并具有较高的负载率,实用性更强。 When new energy is connected to the power system,it will affect the normal operation of some energy storage equipment,resulting in the internal generation capacity of the power system is too small and the power system capacity is insufficient.Therefore,based on the consideration of new energy access,a new capacity coordination planning method is studied.Analyze peak load regulation capacity demand of power system and determine new energy access point.Reduce the interference of new energy access to power system energy storage equipment,control the capacity of power system,and complete the research on Capacity Coordination Planning Method of power system.Set up the experimental environment,give the parameters of the experimental equipment,and design the comparative experiment.The results show that compared with the traditional coordinated planning method,the capacity value of the coordinated planning method in this paper is 48MW,The effect of electric energy conversion is obvious,and it has a higher load rate,which is more practical.
