摘要
分析并研究膈神经传导在超声引导下对肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞的影响与效果,本次研究选择应用超声引导同定位系统相结合的方式进行开展,利用术中神经监护仪采集膈肌电位的PNCT和CMAP,结果表明:0.375%罗哌卡因20ml行超声引导下SCBPB阻滞引起膈肌麻痹的程度比对照组(0.75%罗哌卡因10 mL和2%利多卡因10 mL)较轻,由此认为,超声引导下神经阻滞技术具有一定的应用优势。
in order to analyze the effect of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block on phrenic nerve conduction,PNCT and CMAP of diaphragm potential were collected by intraoperative nerve monitor.The results showed that the degree of diaphragmatic paralysis caused by ultrasound-guided scbpb block with 0.375%ropivacaine 20ml was higher than that of the control group 0.75%ropivacaine 102%lidocaine(10 ml)and 2%lidocaine(10ml)are light,and ultrasound-guided nerve block technology has certain application advantages.
