摘要
目的:分析腰椎QCT对绝经后女性骨质疏松症的诊断价值和DXA的差异。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年12月在我院行腰椎QCT与DXA检测的绝经后女性,对测量她们的骨密度值,分析二者对绝经后女性骨量减少和骨质疏松症的检出率的差异,以及不同年龄段的绝经后女性的腰椎QCT值差异。结果:腰椎QCT对绝经后女性骨量减少以及骨质疏松症的检出率同DXA对其检出率进行比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段的绝经后女性腰椎QCT骨密度值进行比较,差异具有统学意义(F=14.596,P=0.000);各组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P50~与60~组=0.032,P50~与70~组=0.000,P50~与70~组=0.002)。随着女性年龄的不断增长,其腰椎QCT测得的骨密度值则在逐渐下降,并且在女性70岁年龄段腰椎QCT骨密度值的下降幅度更大。腰椎QCT对绝经后女性骨量减少的检出率为25.56%,骨质疏松症为64.44%。结论:腰椎QCT可以精确的测出绝经后女性的骨密度值,并且骨质疏松的发生与患者的年龄因素密不可分,因此,对骨质疏松症进行早期诊断显得尤为重要。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of lumbar QCT and DXA in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,we selected postmenopausal women who underwent lumbar QCT and DXA in our hospital,and compared their BMD value,bone mass reduction and osteoporosis detection rate,then analyzed the results of lumbar QCT in postmenopausal women of different ages.Results The detection rate of osteopenia and osteoporosis by QCT in postmenopausal women is significantly different from DXA(P<0.05).The difference of QCT BMD values of lumbar spine in postmenopausal women in different ages is of general significance(F=14.596,P=0.000);the difference is statistically significant between groups(P50~vs60~=0.032,P50~vs70~=0.000,P50~vs70~=0.002).With the increasing of age,the bone mineral density of lumbar spine QCT decreases gradually,and the bone mineral density of lumbar spine QCT decreases greatly on the age group of 70 years.The detection rate of osteopenia by QCT in postmenopausal women is 25.56%,and that of osteoporosis is 64.44%.Conclusions Lumbar spine QCT can measure the precise BMD value,and age is closely related to the occurrence of osteoporosis.QCT plays an important role on the early diagnosis of osteoporosis.
