摘要
食品包装不仅能避免食品受到外部因素的损害,保护食品的卫生与品质,还可以刺激消费者的消费欲望,产生良好的感官体验,提高企业在市场中的竞争力。针对传统生产线人工检测食品外包装检测效率低、错误率高的弊端,提出一种基于HOBS异常检测的食品外包装缺陷检测方法,并以桶装方便面外包装为例进行实验,验证提出方法的可行性和有效性。
Food packaging can not only avoid the damage of food by external factors and protect the hygiene and quality of food,but also stimulate consumers’desire and produce good sensory experience to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.In the traditional production line,the detection of food packaging is mainly through manual detection,which has low detection efficiency and high error rate.In order to solve the shortcomings of manual detection,this paper proposes a method of defect detection of food packaging based on anomaly detection.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by the experiment of the external packaging of the canned instant noodles.
