摘要
为保证每支铸坯的定尺达到合格要求,需要将切割后的坯子进行定尺复测,防止出现尺寸超差的定尺影响轧材成材率。复测均由人工在线进行测量,由于铸坯快速前进且表面温度较高,危险系数很高,复测的长度也不一定准确。通过在切割辊道的后部安装2个摄像定尺镜头,分别照射同1支坯子的头部和尾部,采用画面处理和PLC编程计算出坯子长度,得到的数据准确可靠。有利于及时发现并修正定尺切割误差,提高定尺切割精度。
In order to ensure that the sizing of each slab can meet the requirements of qualification,it is necessary to retest the fixed slabs to prevent the dimension out of tolerance from affecting the yield of rolled products.For the retest was carried out manually on-line before,because of the rapid move of slabs and their high surface temperature,the risk factor was very high,and the length value gotten by retest was not necessarily accurate.Through installing two cameras at the rear of the cutting roller table,respectively irradiating the head and tail of the same slab,the length of slab was calculated by using picture processing and PLC programming.The data obtained was accurate and reliable,helpful to find and correct the cutting error in time,and then the cutting accuracy was improved.
