摘要
为提升厚煤层工作面的开采效率,降低其生产成本,以某矿5#煤层工作面为例在分析其地质、水文以及煤层条件的基础上,完成其对应综合采煤工艺关键参数(采放比、放煤方式以及放煤步距)的设计,并完成综采工艺对应采煤机、刮板输送机以及液压支架等设备的主要技术指标的确定。
In order to improve the mining efficiency and reduce the production cost of thick coal seam working face,taking 5#coal seam working face of a certain mine as an example,based on the analysis of its geology,hydrology and coal seam conditions,the key parameters of comprehensive coal mining technology(mining-caving ratio,coal caving method and coal caving step)were designed,and the main technical indexes of coal winning machine,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support were determined.
