摘要
以温州市瓯飞工程专供料场施工2标为例,探讨了海岛土石方工程施工管理中的配套设施、物资管理、成本管理、安全管理和环境保护等方面与陆地土石方项目管理的不同和主要控制重点,为海岛土石方工程和海岛工程提供参考和借鉴。
Taking the 2 bids of the special feed yard construction of the Oufei project in Wenzhou as an example, this article discusses the differences and main control points between island earthwork project management and terrestrial earthwork project management in terms of supporting facilities, material management, cost management, safety management and environmental protection, so as to provide reference and reference for the island earthwork engineering and island engineering.
