摘要
水利工程是关乎国计民生的重要工程,与人民群众的切身利益息息相关。社会各界越来越关注水利工程建设,这对水利工程建设的质量水平提出了更高要求,但后期长效管护和运行管理中存在一系列问题,阻碍了水利事业的进一步发展。论文主要对水利工程长效管护与运行管理现状进行了研究,以供参考。
Water conservancy project is an important project related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. It is closely related to the vital interests of the people. More and more attention has been paid to the construction of water conservancy projects, which puts forward higher requirements for the quality level of water conservancy projects. However, there are a series of problems in the later long-term management and operation management, which hinder the further development of water conservancy. This paper mainly studies the current situation of long-term management and operation management of water conservancy projects for reference.
