摘要
目的将中药穴位贴敷疗法运用于视网膜脱离复位术后热毒血瘀型的患者,验证穴位贴敷疗法对视网膜脱离术后热毒血瘀型患者焦虑和睡眠的改善作用。方法纳入2018年1月至6月96例视网膜复位术患者,根据随机数字表将患者分为空白对照组(不贴穴位贴敷)、条件对照组(应用安慰剂敷贴,大麦粉自制,外形与试验组一致)和试验组(应用自制穴位敷贴),每组各32例,三组患者接受相同的手术治疗和护理,比较三组患者手术前后(术后即刻、术后1h、术后4h、术后8h、术后16h、术后32h)睡眠评分、焦虑评分的统计学差异。结果重复测量方差分析,影响三组患者手术前后睡眠评分、焦虑评分的主要因素均为组间、时间。同时,随着时间迁移,三组患者睡眠评分、焦虑评分均有明显下降(P<0.01)。术后32h进行比较,其焦虑评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后32h进行比较,其睡眠评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论本研究自制的中药穴位贴敷应用于视网膜脱离术后热毒血瘀型的患者,对术后焦虑有缓解作用,且对术后睡眠状况有改善作用。
Objective The application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with heat-toxic blood stasis after retinal detachment reduction was conducted to verify the effect of acupoint application on the improvement of pain and other discomfort in patients with heat-toxic blood stasis after retinal detachment reduction.Methods From January 2018 to June 2018,96 patients with retinal repairs in the Hangzhou first people’s hospital afiliated to Zhejiang University were studied and divided into the blank control group(no post apply acupoint,conditions,the control group(placebo patches,barley powder,self-control,appearance is consistent with the experimental group),the experimental group(application of homemade acupoint sticking)according to the random number,32 cases in each group.Three groups of patients received the same surgical treatment and nursing.The sleep scores and anxiety scores of the three groups were compared before and after operation(immediately after operation,1 hour after operation,4hours after operation,8hours after operation,16hours after operation and 32 hours after operation).Results Repeated measurement anova showed that the main factors affecting sleep score and anxiety score before and after surgery in the three groups were intergroup and time.At the same time,sleep score and anxiety score in the three groups all decreased significantly over time(P<0.01).32h after surgery,the diferences in sleep scores were statitically significant(P<0.01).32h after surgery,the difference in anxiety scores was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion In this study,the application of self-made Chinese medicine acupoint application in patients with post-retinal detachment type of heat,toxicity and blood stasis.Self-made Chinese medicine acupoint application can alleviate postoperative anxiety.The self-made Chinese medicine acupoint application can improve the postoperative seep and quality of life.
