摘要
目的评价游走罐法配合酸枣仁汤治疗心肝血虛所致失眠的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照试验,以2017年6月至2019年6月为时间段,将67例治疗心肝血虚所致失眠症患者随机分为2组,其中观察组34例,对照组33例。对照组给予酸枣仁汤治疗,观察组在酸枣仁汤对症治疗基础上在督脉、膀胱经部位给予游走罐治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分对临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.01%,对照组总有效率为78.79%,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组PSQI评分下降幅度与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用背部游走罐法配合酸枣仁汤治疗心肝血虚失眠的总有效率明显高于单独使用酸枣仁汤,失眠症状明显改善,可以获得较好的疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efect of moving cupping therapy combined with Suanzaoren decoction on treating insonnia of heart,liver and blood deficiency.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,67 patients with insomnia of heart,liver and blood deficiency were randomly divided into two groups,34 in the observation group and 33 in the control group.Patients in the control group took Suanzaoren decoction.On the basis of symptomatic treatment of Suanzaoren decoction,the patients in the observation group were treated with moving cupping therapy at Du Meridian and bladder meridian.Pitburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score was used to evaluate the clinical eficacy.Results Afer finishing treatment,the total effective rates of observation group were 97.01%,which was 78.79%in the control group.The clinical efect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The total ffective rate of treating insomnia due to heart and liver blood deficiency with back moving cupping therapy combined with Suanzaoren Decoction is significantly higher than that of Suanzaoren Decoction alone.Insomnia symptoms are significantly improved and better curative effect can be obtained.
