摘要
3D砂型打印机与传统模型制造相比,具有低污染、效率高,安全性高、模型精度高的特点,可以打印出结构复杂的模型。然而,其设备的组成与结构较为复杂,对打印设备安装与调试以及维护工艺提出了更严格的要求,其关系到打印设备运行的安全性与稳定性,其重要性越来越突出。为提高生产效率,增强企业效率及市场竞争力,从多个角度对3D打印机设备在调试过程中的问题及解决措施进行分析,旨在提升我国3D打印设备后期运营过程中的可靠性及有效性。
Compared with traditional model manufacturing,3D sand printer has the characteristics of low pollution,high efficiency,high safety and high model accuracy,and it can print the model with complex structure.However,the composition and structure of the equipment are relatively complex,which puts forward stricter requirements for the installation,debugging and maintenance of the printing equipment.It is related to the safety and stability of the printing equipment operation,and its importance is becoming more and more prominent.In order to improve production efficiency,enhance enterprise efficiency and market competitiveness,the problems and solutions in the debugging process of 3D printer equipment were analyzed from multiple perspectives,aiming at improving the reliability and effectiveness of the late operation process of 3D printing equipment in China.
