某机床主轴箱铸造工艺数值模拟及优化

摘要 通过分析某型机床主轴箱零件结构特点,初步确定其砂型铸造工艺方案,利用ProCAST软件对该主轴箱铸造工艺方案进行数值模拟。经过温度场、凝固过程和缩松缩孔缺陷等分析,并合理设置冒口和冷铁等优化措施,确定出主轴箱铸件最佳铸造工艺方案。结果表明:采用1:1.4:1.2(A内:A横:A直)中注缓流式浇注系统,浇注温度1370℃,浇注速度为5.7kg/s时,主轴箱铸件的充型及凝固过程合理,并有效避免缩松缩孔缺陷的产生。 Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the spindle box parts of a certain machine tool,the sand mold casting process scheme was preliminarily determined,and the casting process scheme of the spindle box was numerically simulated by ProCAST software.Through the analysis of temperature field,solidification process and shrinkage cavity and porosity,and the optimization measures such as reasonable setting riser and chill,the optimum casting process scheme of spindle box casting was determined.The results show that the filling and solidification process of spindle box castings is reasonable and the defects of shrinkage cavity and porosity are effectively avoided when the medium enlarge runner system is used 1:1.4:1.2(Aingate:Aruuner:A sprue),the pouring temperature is 1370℃ and the pouring speed is 5.7 kg/s.
