摘要
本文提出了针对电力变压器供应商的资质能力评价方法。该方法可以反向促进供应商不断提升自身资质能力水平,为电网持续提供高质量产品和高水平服务,评价结果对开展供应商的多维精益管理具有重要意义。
This paper presents a method to evaluate the qualification of power transformer suppliers. This method can also reverse promote suppliers to continuously improve their own qualifications and capabilities, and continuously provide high-quality products and high-level services for the power grid. The evaluation results are of great significance to carry out multi-dimensional lean management of suppliers.
